Frequently Asked Questions:
Why am I being
charged for shipping? While we are happy to ship tools for
free anywhere in the Continental US, it is necessary to charge
shipping of fasteners and accessories. If you also ordered
fasteners or accessories, a shipping charge will appear at checkout.
What is your return policy? Returns are accepted
generally for defective tools. However, should you order a tool
and then discover that you ordered the wrong one, we will be happy to
exchange it under the following conditions:
1) A
Return Goods Authorization number must first be acquired from
NailZone.com Customer Service. We may be reached at
1-800-227-2044.
2) The customer will be responsible for
sending back the incorrect tool, with the tool and the original
packaging in good resalable condition, including all manuals and
registration material. A $13.00 restocking fee will be
assessed for each item being returned. Returned tools should have
a copy of the original packing slip accompanying them.
3)
Fasteners may also be returned following the above criteria. Any
boxes of fasteners that are returned that are not resalable or
have fasteners missing will not be credited in any amount.
4)
Should you receive a tool that is defective upon receipt, simply call
customer service right away. We will do our best to remedy
the situation in a satisfactory and timely manner.
Are your tools new or refurbished? All of our tools are
brand new and carry full factory warranties. As a rule we do not
deal with used or refurbished tools.
From where does
your product ship? We ship from our warehouse in Muscle
Shoals, Alabama, or from any number of warehouses to which we
have access throughout the Southeast.
